The two move towards the scooter until Monie pulls Hirlem into a nearby isolated alley. She takes the gun from Hirlem, falls into a perfect firing stance and fires off two rounds. The sound thins Hirlem's blood and speeds his heart up. When he looks at Monie again, she is concealing the weapon on her person. She quickly says "Lets go. People will wonder about the noise." Hirlem's confused but asks no questions and follows her lead.
They get back on the scooter. Hirlem begins to talk as they drive away. "I think I know who might be able to help us out with this disc. Let's go record shopping."
