Inside the store, Hirlem browses through the handguns. He knows nothing about them, not having considered them a necessary tool before this. A beer sweating middle aged man behind the counter walks up to him and grunts something of a greeting. Then he takes a second look and inquires of Hirlem's name. Hirlem validates the man's suspicion and soon they are exchanging words about Hirlem's father. The man, named Craig, obviously holds some disdain for Hirlem's non-macho state of being but puts his friendship to Hirlem's father first. Within 20 minutes Hirlem is walking out of the store with a 9mm and a 2 boxes of ammo. No paper work.
